Specialist Disability Accommodation

This service assists participants in accessing and maintaining a suitable home to live in. The type of home depends on the participant’s individual needs, and many homes can be modified to improve accessibility and safety. SDA provides housing for people with extreme functional impairments or very high support needs.
There are four levels of SDA:

• Fully Accessible
• Robust (for high levels of mental disability)
• High Physical Support (for high levels of physical disability)
• Improved Liveability
