This service allows providers to assist participants in attending and engaging in various areas of the community. This may include support with shopping trips, medical or personal appointments, and leisure or recreational activities.
Prices: for general community participation
$62.10 – $224.15 per hour
High Intensity Community Participation
- Level 1 Worker: $62.10 – $197.67 per hour
- Level 2 Worker: $65.79 – $213.23 per hour
- Level 3 Worker: $68.09 – $224.15 per hour
Modules: Core module
Qualification: Enrolled Nurse (EN), Registered Nurse (RN), Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Disability, Diploma in Community Services, Welfare Worker, Educator.
